Zumba is a fitness program that combines dance and aerobics with Latin American rhythms such as salsa, merengue and reggaeton. The goal is to improve endurance and coordination, burn calories and strengthen muscles. These are simple step combinations that can be quickly implemented using the learning-by-doing concept. The music is rousing and immediately puts you in a good mood and makes you want to dance along - and that is exactly my goal with the Zumba classes.

​Are you looking for a creative highlight for your next event? We offer exciting dance shows in various styles such as hip hop, dancehall and reggaeton. If desired, we invite all guests to take part in 2-3 rousing Zumba choreographies after our show. Our combination of professional shows and optional interactive dance units ensures an unforgettable and energetic atmosphere that makes every event shine.

Dance "PowerBreaks" are short, intense dance sessions that are incorporated into an event to increase energy and provide participants with a dynamic break. These breaks are designed to increase heart rate, improve mood and motivate participants before they return to their previous activity. They are characterized by fast, powerful movements and rousing music. The music/songs can either be chosen by the organizer themselves or suggested by us.
